Biography

With a passion for climate change solutions, social impact and shifting the world to a renewable future, Alicia is keen to support companies from all industries’ progress in their sustainability journey and ESG strategy to becoming a purpose-led brand, whilst thriving financially. 

Across sixteen years, she’s worked internationally and in Australia with major hotel groups, SMEs and impact-led start-ups. Due to her dedication to community well-being and health, she’s also a business owner of two gyms. Recently, she’s joined forces with Gallup, a global analytics and advice firm that helps leaders solve their most pressing problems by knowing what matters most to their people and then using that knowledge to create transformation.

Alicia holds a Marketing Masters from The University of Sydney, an International Relations Degree Honours from The University of California, Irvine and Cert IV in Environmental Management & Sustainability. Her experience has led her to effectively guide leaders on how to engage their entire workforce to collectively use their business as a force for good. Alicia’s on a mission to cut through the complex environmental jargon and provide simplified steps to becoming a people and climate-positive brand that drives meaningful impact.
