Antony Ritch, Chief Executive Officer – TFE Hotels

Antony Ritch is the Chief Executive Officer of TFE Hotels, an international hotel and hospitality group based in Sydney, Australia with over 70 hotels across multiple brands in five countries. His global career spans over 20 years with Westfield Corporation, where he undertook a diverse range of senior roles across Australia, the USA and the UK.

He has held international roles in shopping centre operations, property development, regional operations, business development, digital transformation and corporate management. Ritch has been accountable for driving and delivering complex strategies for both operational management and development feasibilities, including a multi-billion-dollar portfolio in the Northwest US.

Antony recently took on a new challenge as CEO of TFE Hotels, Australia’s leading international hotel group. His acumen in owner relations, customer journey and experience, asset management and real estate development merge seamlessly in the hotel industry. Antony’s expertise in creating forward-thinking experiences that generate return business in retail are right at home in the hospitality space, his business innovation a key asset to the exciting future of TFE Hotels.
