Biography

Belinda started working in the hospitality industry in the early 90’s and has worked with some icons in the Industry over the years.

Taking to the UK to learn under Gordan Ramsey and then working with Jamie Oliver bringing Jamie’s Italian to life here in Australia.

Although previously focused on Food and Beverage the last 12 months she has been working on bringing The Terminus Hotel to life after being closed for 34 years. One of Sydney’s oldest and Iconic pubs.

An amazing restoration featuring 9 boutique rooms, bringing a rich history back to life with the assistance of the Airbnb reservation platform, allowing for a remote reservation and check in front of house.
