Biography

Graham is a founding partner of GuestTraction. Formed in 2001, GuestTraction has always focussed on the Guest Experience, starting off by creating Online Booking Engines and Websites for Accommodation Providers. They created the first live PMS integrated online booking system in New Zealand, and then proceeded to integrate with many PMS providers. This lead to their systems being picked up by groups with properties using a wide range of different PMS systems, such as the Motel Chains ASURE (New Zealand) and Golden Chain (Australia).

Since bringing onboard Oracle Opera alumnus Mike During, GuestTraction has added Online Check In with (optionally) Keyless Entry as it’s headline product within the Webrooms Dash Suite. The company continues to be agnostic about the PMS system (or Key Locking system) customers are using, and instead focus energy on optimizing the Guest Experience, along with optimising revenue and minimising costs for accommodation providers and groups. A legacy of this is an extensive array of active integrations:
