Biography

With a background in operations and a passion for systems, Heidi George was always going to shine in an operational excellence role. She began her career with TFE Hotels at Medina Grand Melbourne in housekeeping and quickly transitioned through the ranks to Area Manager.

With a passion for projects, Heidi has led five hotel pre-opening teams and spearheaded the integration of eleven Rendezvous Hotels properties into the portfolio. Most recently, Heidi and her team have implemented Buy Now Pay Later, Payment Gateways, Integrated payments, and merchant agreements.

Heidi is passionate about using systems and processes to deliver memorable guest experiences and uses her extensive operational background to best effect by leading the team who supports TFE’s hotel operating systems globally.
