Biography

Ingrid Farago is an Associate at HASSELL Studio. Joined HASSELL in 2016 from years in New York working with the hospitality and theatre giant David Rockwell at Rockwell Group. During this time she worked on a myriad of project types from large scale luxury resorts and large scale luxury residential, down to small very specialised high end restaurants.

Since joining HASSELL Ingrid has continued to work of a wide range of differing scaled hospitality and residential projects from very small bars to very large scale integrated Resort Projects all primarily based in Australia and South East Asia.

Strongly narratively driven, Ingrid sees the opportunity to enhance experience and beauty of all spaces through the tools of design. With over 16 years of experience across numerous sectors (Premium Residential, Commercial Workplaces, Education and Retail) this narrative driven approach is partnered with a strong grounding in practicality and the need for a strong connection to clients to fully understand the brief and the functional requirements of a space. Ingrid strongly believes that a created space should not just excite but deliver beyond its function and continue to deliver over its lifetime with purpose and joy
