Biography

Kristin is an ambitious and driven leader with nearly 20 years’ experience in Revenue Optimisation, Executive Leadership, and team building strategies. Having spent nearly half of her career in Las Vegas, working for Starwood Hotels, Caesar’s Entertainment, and MGM Resorts Int’l, she later transposed her skillset to Australia and has called Sydney home for the past 11 years. She most recently held Group Director of Revenue role for EVENT Hospitality & Entertainment, contributing towards record breaking years for the hotel division, before founding a bespoke curated consulting business.

She is a published author, Revenue 20/20: Back to Basics, attesting to her passion for sharing her knowledge with anyone interested in maximizing top line revenues through fundamental strategies, and is driven to help all accommodation providers have access to the same level of expertise that larger companies do. Cultivating strong teams has been a highlight in her career, and the inspiration for creating the consulting, coaching, and outsourcing hub, Revenue 20/20.
