Biography

Liliana is Co-founder and Head designer of Designing Spaces and Places (DSP) established in 2003. DSP are interior designers who are equipped to help you achieve your vision with your project, specialising in the full fit-out of hotels, motels, resorts, residential homes and apartments.

Liliana has over 20 years experience as an interior designer and stylist. Having worked on array of projects within the hotel industry, new residential developments, personal homes and restaurants Liliana is well equipped with knowledge and expertise within her field.  Her approach to design is based on functionality and form.  The Core of her design being strongly rooted in embracing the human senses.

Liliana’s approach to design is influenced by her of love of art, textile design and textures and being a previous gallery owner (SAUC Gallery, Surry Hills Sydney) she believes that Art can often be the trunk of the design where all other elements branch off allowing the art to speak to the individuals that enter the space and giving the room its personality and ambience.

Liliana’s portfolio of projects and clients have allowed her to grow in her chosen field of Interior design and she believes sharing this experience allows people to experience and embrace beautiful environments.
