As the Chief People Officer, Michelle Bevan leads our global HR and Safety teams in developing our customer centric, learning and safety culture. Michelle believes culture is built through its leadership team, with senior-level engagement vital to implementing TFE’s global catch-cry, FIND MORE.
Michelle is responsible for creating and leading the employer brand, team engagement and development programs, implementing reward and talent management strategies that support the achievement of TFE’s business goals and objectives.
Before joining TFE Hotels in 2013, Michelle developed a successful career in HR and customer service leadership, excelling in positions across the IT, Financial Services and Education sector. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Education degree from Macquarie University, with a Postgraduate Certificate in Employment Relations from The University of Technology. With a strong background in creating diverse and empowered teams, Michelle believes companies thrive when individuals can flourish.
