Biography

Roy is the Investment Manager for the Salter Brothers’ Australian Hotel Portfolio. Working across Asset and Investment Management Roy is responsible for Hotel Manager performance monitoring and working with Hotel Managers to ensure optimal asset performance. Additionally Roy maintains numerous areas of responsibility across asset acquisition and divestment, ROI capex projects and refurbishment feasibilities. Roy is a Chartered Accountant as well as being a graduate of the University of Sydney, Deakin University and Kaplan, holding degrees across Science, Accounting and Applied Finance.
