Biography

Sandi has over 30 years experience in the hospitality industry, with over 15 years in management positions, Sandi graduated from William Angliss College in Melbourne and has since completed Business Management Diploma. Her career has taken her to opening properties in Bali, Fiji, Japan, Wei Fung China, and other project work in New Caledonia, Korea and Sydney regions.

Sandi has worked across leading global hotel chains with several years of 5 star experience including Marriott Sydney Harbour, Sofitel Wentworth, Novotel’s and Windsor hotel, also managing an apartment strata hotel and previously managed NSW, Act for an outsourced housekeeping agency.

Sandi has been onboard with DOMA prior to the opening of Little National Hotels Sydney working through the opening set up and success of LNHS technology implementation and securing sustainable products throughout. Very proud to say Little National Hotel Sydney achieved number 1# on trip advisor the 2nd month of opening and most recently has held #1 on tripadvisor since March 2020
