Biography

Tom is the Group Revenue & Reservations for Majestic Hotels & Apartments. Majestic operates 6 hotels and apartments with a total of 421 rooms, all located in South Australia. Tom started with the group in 2016 as the Property Manager for the North Adelaide portfolio of 3 properties before moving into the Revenue and Reservations role in 2019, where he aligned and improved the revenue management practices of the group and started the Central Reservations department from scratch. His role at Majestic continues his 25+ years in the hotel/accommodation industry through Adelaide, Sydney and Shanghai with Hilton, Starwood (Four Points & Westin), The Hurley Hotel Group and independent operators.
