Biography

Sawaid is a passionate hotelier who loves a busy lobby, guest and staff interaction and teamwork. Throughout his career he has valued dedication & integrity as his biggest strengths and has always been interested in numbers & revenue which enabled him to produce positive results for teams he has been part of. From the first role of breakfast attendant to the current role of revenue manager, his work ethic has always been to aim high and work better together.

After having worked with IHG, Pan Pacific and Accor in managerial positions, Sawaid moved to an independently owned property, The Grace Hotel Sydney, where his career was developed into revenue which he has always been passionate about. He has since completed the Cornell Revenue Certificate and gained immense knowledge from industry peers. This has led him to excel in his role and achieve great results. Sawaid is currently nominated as a finalist for Tourism Accommodation Australia NSW Revenue Talent of the year to be announced late July 2018.
