Anthony joined Choice Hotels in 2004 and for a number of years held various positions within the sales area of the business.
In May 2012, Anthony moved into operations taking on the role of General Manager, Franchise Services. Anthony’s initial responsibility was to successfully introduce and deploy choiceADVANTAGE (Choice’s proprietary property management system) across the network and introduce the Targeted Brand Elements initiative. In 2019, Anthony was responsible for introducing Revenue Management to the Choice Hotels network, as of today 70% of the Oceania portfolio utilise Revenue Management.
In 2021, Anthony took on the newly created role of Director of Performance and Revenue Management. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that all departments work towards one goal, at all times, growing Franchisee revenue whilst overseeing a team of seven full time revenue managers, two Franchisee Performance Managers and a Franchisee Support team of five.
