Elena Martiniuc leads BWH Hotel Group in Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific in terms of development, value growth and cost-saving initiatives. Her speciality within the team is strengthening BWH partnerships and her analytical expertise is invaluable with identification of new strategic opportunities. She has recently joined BWH Hotel Group Australasia’s Senior Leadership Team as a Director of Development Performance.

Elena is an innovative and creative thinker, bringing energy and enthusiasm to problem solving. With more than 22 years’ experience within the hospitality industry, she is an excellent example of female leadership.
