With a background in operations and a passion for projects and systems, Heidi leads her team to support TFE’s global operating systems and deliver memorable guest experiences.
As Director of Operational Excellence, Heidi has led hotel pre-opening teams and recently, implemented Buy Now Pay Later, Payment Gateways, Integrated payments, and merchant agreements.
