Over Josephine’s 20-year career, she has had the privilege to work for a broad range of organisations and iconic brands across hospitality, retail, telecommunications, manufacturing and local government leading HR Strategy, Talent Acquisition, Cultural Transformation, Employer Branding and Employee Relations.
Josephine has been with The Star Entertainment Group since 2008 and has been nominated for multiple leadership awards (2008, 2014 and 2015). Josephine is also responsible for developing and integrating The Star’s Employee Value Proposition.
Josephine finds deep satisfaction working with individuals using Positive Psychology to encourage team members to achieve career goals while supporting business needs through growth and transformation.
