Biography

With over 20 years of experience in the hotel real estate industry with leadership roles across property investment, asset management, funds management and operations, Lucia is an
experienced and accomplished investment professional focusing on equity as well as debt investing. Now the Chief Investment Officer and Head of Asset Management at Hotel Capital Partners, part of an ASX-listed 360 Capital Group.

Responsible for executing real estate investment and asset management mandates including sourcing and deal execution of hospitality related real estate investment and debt opportunities globally, deal structuring, capital raising including provision of a bespoke asset management.

Previously held a position of General Manager Hotel Investments at Mulpha Australia, with focus on growing direct equity real estate, debt and hospitality related private equity investments, as well as overseeing value growth of major hotel assets in Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. Prior to Mulpha, established local office and oversaw delivery of investment performance of a $600 million Ascendas Hospitality Australia Fund. Formerly employed by Mirvac Group managed two wholesale unlisted hotel funds with a combined asset value nearing $1 billion consisting of 20 hotels in Australia and New Zealand.

Lucia held various finance positions during her nine-year tenure at InterContinental Hotels Group. She holds a Bachelor of Business degree from the La Trobe University and a Master of Business Administration (Professional Accounting and Business Law) from University of New England.
