Biography

Mark Ronfeldt was appointed CEO of Daiwa Living Waldorf Holdings  in June 2017. Mark’s distinguished hospitality career spans more than 20 years having held senior leadership roles at hospitality groups including Accor and TFE.

Within the Daiwa House portfolio, Mark is responsible for supporting owner assets by driving a successful operational strategy with highly profitable returns across 23 properties in Australia and New Zealand.

Mark’s team is working on the brand’s aggressive growth strategy, with the brand on track to increase the number of 1,600 Australia and New Zealand keys currently to 5,000 keys by 2025.

He is a strong believer in the one team one dream approach, focusing his teams on delivering the highest levels of guest service.

His experience in driving organisational growth, empowering successful teams and his focus on creating customer and shareholder value have made him one of the leaders of Australian hospitality.

Mark is a NSW Advisory Board Member of the Accommodation Association of Australia.
