Biography

Mark Thomson is a multi-awarded Queensland eco-Architect with 27 years as a Company Director. He has designed and supervised multiple hotel projects throughout Australia and more recently become an Auditor for EarthCheck, assisting Hotels achieve design and operational hotel certifications. As a part hotel owner in the past, he understands the importance of efficient design and operation standards within hotels in all departments. Mark is a judge in the 2019 World Architecture Festival in Amsterdam, a current Greenstar and EarthCheck Accredited Professional and Managing Director of consulting organisation, Eco Effective Solutions.
