Hospitality technology professional with over 20 years experienced in the In-Room Technology space. 

Over the years, he has been involved with leading In-Room Technology companies that embraced innovation, and provided solution that helped their customer present information and entertainment to the guests.

He was fortunate enough to see the evolution of In-Room Technology from traditional In-House movie delivery via tapes to digital streams to wireless technology and the casting of contents.

Richie’s understanding of In-Room technology extends to infrastructure, end-devices, IPTV, tablet solutions and integration of different solutions. His experience is not limited to hotels working with all the major hotel brands, but also in Student livings, mining accommodation, and health organisations including hospitals and aged care accommodations.

Working with owners, consultants, operators, and integrators in the industry, Richie has been offered the opportunity to better understand the different perspective on how the investment into technology is valued, and its limitations due to budget constraints.
