Spending almost 2 decades within the engineering field of the hospitality industry has given me the opportunity to discuss,
investigate and implement improvements which have been beneficial in the sustainability space.
I believe when given the ability to enhance a facility it is a prerequisite to simultaneously improve its environmental position.
Turning a spanner as a casual at an iconic Bondi Beach property and progressively moving through Heritage listed to high rise properties towards today has given some,
perhaps unique insights into what was acceptable then and where improvements have led to now.
I have always appreciated the opportunity to learn and a forum like this is a terrific proposition.
