Terms of Entry
NoVacancy Hotel+Accommodation Industry Expo is a trade-only business event. It is not open to the general public. Admission to NoVacancy Hotel+Accommodation Industry Expo is open to qualified attendees who own, operate or work within the hotel and accommodation sector. Persons not in these categories will not be admitted at any time. Proof of identification may be requested. Dress attire to the event is Business or smart casual with appropriate footwear.
All visitors are required to register and must pre-register online before 31 August 2023 in order to gain free entry to the event. Visitors that register in-person at the event or online during the event days will be charged an entry fee of $80.00.
The organisers will record your details in a secure database in order to produce a badge, generate statistics and to mail, email or SMS you information about this event and future National Media events.
Only entry into the exhibition and the on-floor seminar theatres is free with pre-registration. Seminars are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. If there is a paid content program, conference tickets can be purchased at an additional cost. Opinions stated at the seminars are those of the presenter and not necessarily those of NoVacancy Hotel+Accommodation Industry Expo.
Visitors agree they will not promote their products or services to exhibitors while attending the show. Visitors agree they will not photograph or video inside the venue without prior consent from the exhibitor or the organisers. Visitors found in breach of these rules may be asked to leave the event immediately and be refused entry to future shows.
By registering to attend NoVacancy Hotel+Accommodation Industry Expo or any associated event, you automatically consent to National Media using event photography and video in which you may appear for future marketing or promotional purposes.
Students enrolled in a relevant course at a tertiary level may attend the show if they have the appropriate student identity card. As a business event, NoVacancy Hotel+Accommodation Industry Expo is not recommended for children and students under the age of 16. Babies and toddlers (aged 0-2) are permitted if they are in a pram or carrying device at all times. This applies to the children of both visitors and exhibitors. Under no circumstances are any children permitted into the exhibition halls during ‘move in’ and ‘move out’ of the show. The organiser takes no responsibility for any accidents or injuries onsite.
National Media reserves the right to change or cancel any portion of the program without prior notice. NoVacancy Hotel+Accommodation Industry Expo and National Media cannot be held responsible for exhibitors or presenters that may drop out of the event.
National Media reserves the right to change, cancel or reschedule any event without notification due to unforeseen circumstances.
Collection Notice
The organisers will record your details in a secure database in order to produce a badge, generate statistics and to contact you via mail, email, SMS and social media channels with information about the show, future editions of the show and other shows that are relevant to you. Some exhibitors are equipped with scanning devices at the show, by allowing your badge to be scanned by individual exhibitors during the show, you agree to being communicated to by the individual exhibitor via mail, email or SMS.
